Hello! I’’m Traci.
I’m a retired public school teacher and principal turned certified personal trainer and online fitness coach for women over 50.
I created Fitness With Traci to help women over 50 reach their strength and fitness goals and help them understand that they are not too old, too out of shape, or too busy to start their fitness journeys and become stronger, more active, and more fit versions of themselves.
As a woman over 50 myself, with a Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification and a Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification, I know and understand the experiences that affect our fitness and the decisions we make about our fitness.
However, fitness is for everyone. You can begin your fitness journey now.
Online coaching at Fitness With Traci focuses on strength training, movement, and proper nutrition to help you become stronger, active and fit.
1:1 Online Coaching
One-to-one online coaching at Fitness With Traci helps women over 50 get results and reach their fitness goals through movement, strength training, and nutrition.
One-to-one online coaching at Fitness With Traci is $225/month and includes my four key features outlined below.

A tailored program is created just for you to help you get stronger, move and feel better, and reach your desired fitness goals.

Education
Nutrition information is provided to support the needs of women over 50. You will receive specific guidance aimed at achieving your personal desired outcomes.

Check-Ins
Regularly occurring check-ins will occur to assess your progress and determine ongoing steps for reaching your strength, fitness, and nutrition goals.
Group Online Coaching
Group online coaching at Fitness With Traci provides structured strength training programs that women can do at home or at the gym. The goal is to become stronger while building and maintaining muscle as women over 50.
Strong Over 50 With Bodyweight & Bands
An 8-week strength-focused group program for women over 50 who want to begin their strength training journey and become stronger and more fit in their own home using their own bodyweight and resistance bands. Strong Over 50 With Bodyweight and Bands is $207.
Stronger With Dumbbells and Bands
A 10-week group program that follows Strong Over 50 With Bodyweight and Bands. You are introduced to dumbbells so that you continue to get stronger using both resistance bands and dumbbells. Stronger With Dumbbells and Bands is $207.
DIY Strength Training Programs
Fitness With Traci also provides structured “do-it-yourself” strength training programs for women over 50. These DIY programs are for those who have some experience with strength training and using dumbbells. These 10-week programs come with complete directions, detailed instructional videos, and tracking sheets. They are DIY and do not include direct coaching. Spring Sculpt - $99
Spring Sculpt was created explicitly for women over 50 who have some experience using dumbbells and are ready to sculpt and get stronger. No need to try to create your own program or do random exercises that don’t make you stronger, this program is all you need. Spring Sculpt also includes a Protein Roadmap for Women Over 50 created by Coach Traci specifically for this program so you can properly fuel your body to support your training. Summer of Strength - $79
Summer of Strength was created with the intermediate exerciser in mind, however it can be accessed by those at the beginning of their journey, as well as advanced lifters. Don’t let the name fool you, this program can be done during any time of the year. Summer of Strength
Fall Fitness Formula - $79
Fall Fitness Formula will provide a challenge as you use dumbbells and bands (or cables) to build muscle and get stronger. This program is flexible enough to do at home or at the gym. And you can do it fall, winter, spring, or summer! Workout on your own and on your own schedule without the support of coaching. Fall Fitness Formula

Let’s find
I know that you’ve probably heard this before, but you truly need to find your WHY.
We know that physical activity is beneficial to our health. However, knowing is not enough. It’s important to dig deep to find your WHY. And when you find it, be true to it. Keep it at the forefront so that nothing gets in the way. Don’t compare yourself or your WHY to anyone else, just do you.
You’re worth it.
We all age and we can’t predict our life expectancy. However, being physically active increases life expectancy and improves quality of life. Strength training “helps maintain muscle mass, improve mobility, and increase the healthy years of life.”
I strength train because I love that feeling of power and strength that it gives me. I feel incredible after I finish working out.
Having strong muscles and bones provides me a greater chance of maintaining an independent lifestyle as I get older, and this is important not only for myself but also for my family. My family is a huge part of my why.
Women often tell me that they “just can’t get motivated.” When you find your true “why,” that will become your motivation.
